The Confessions Tour
Last night I saw the final show of Madonna’s “Confessions” tour at Tokyo Dome. Now, say what you will about the woman, there is no denying that she really is amazing. She’s 48, and there she was singing and dancing like there’s no tomorrow for a full two and a half hours looking absolutely incredible. She certainly can put on a show.

I hear there has been some controversy about the crucifixion choreography. I suppose I can see why, seeing as she was literally strung up on a pink mirror-ball style cross, replete with a crown of thorns. Hmm, seems to be the month for offending the religious, what with Pope Benedict making his islamic comments too….

Is everyone not getting a tad too sensitive?…. 🙂

Do you remember the masturbation uproar on the Blonde Ambition tour?
She’s always liked a bit of controversy our Madge. Glad you enjoyed all the same and hope you won’t expect similar antics from the bass playing Bu in October – the closest I’ll get to controversy is wear an ill fitting suit.

Yes, well, she’s not one to shy away from the limelight is she?
I shan’t expect the same antics from Bu in October, but you know what? I think there has never been a better time to do a bit of Pope photo tearing, Sinean O’Connor-stylie! It’ll get you off any future fatwa lists if nothing else!
(I may have crossed over into controversial territory…… hmm, no, on seconds thoughts, anyone who has a monkey page on their blog is never going to be considered very threatening or controversial, are they?!)

On the contrary, sir, I do believe everyone’s best friend George W. will soon be outlawing the use of monkeys as they are often thought to be more clever than he.
And so, back to Madge. Who knew she was so popular with the Mexicans??????
